Now this method of baking soda acne treatment is pretty much the same with the first one. However, what you do is place the paste on the pimple itself. Using warm water, this can be removed the following morning. Baking soda basically dries out the skin and removes the trapped oil in the pores. Again, use a clean towel for drying.

Baking soda and scars

Most believe that baking soda has the capacity to remove scars. Although I have not seen this result in my case, some people do swear by this method.

If you have sensitive skin, you might first want to skip this method. To test, try placing baking soda paste on the inside of your wrist. Wait for a few minutes first. If you notice any unnatural redness or itchiness on that area, then skip the whole baking soda routine and find another option.

Also, don’t forget to lie an active and healthy lifestyle. This will supply your skin with the necessary nutrients to keep it healthy.
